We only accept  injured wildlife.  Please look at the list below of wildlife rehabilitators.

All staff members at the Ansonia Nature and RecreationCenter are Wildlife Rehabilitators licensed by the CT State Department of Energy and Environmental Education (DEEP).

Be Cautious!  

Wild animals can be dangerous and unpredictable! Never touch any wild animal if it can be avoided. Do not attempt to rescue a potentially dangerous animal without assistance from someone with experience.
