All staff members at the Ansonia Nature and Recreation Center are Wildlife Rehabilitators licensed by the CT State Department of Energy and Environmental Education (DEEP) so they can give you advise and director you to a rehabilitator near you.

Be Cautious!  

Wild animals can be dangerous and unpredictable! Never touch any wild animal if it can be avoided. Do not attempt to rescue a potentially dangerous animal without assistance from someone with experience.
