Maple Sugaring

A very long time ago, the native people of the northeastern part of our country taught their sweet-tree know-how with colonists from Europe. Ranger Dawn introduces making maple syrup the old-fashioned way and helps us choose the right tree to tap into nature’s sweet treat! Every participant will receive a sample of “sugar on ice”.
