Columbus Day ANRC Conservation Corps

Calling families, scout groups, and individuals who want to join the Nature Center’s Conservation Corps. This team will help in our efforts to restore the park’s native landscape. Invasive plants like Bittersweet, Japanese Knotweed, Autumn Olive, and many more are a great threat to our habitats and waterways. We will gather teams to help save one section of the park at a time. Wear old clothes, sturdy shoes, and apply bug spray before heading out. Don’t forget to bring a snack and plenty of water to stay hydrated.
